Since I don't design to "scale", I imported my Uss Polaris model and scaled it down until the shuttle bays matched in size and this is the comparison it turns out to be. Personally I think the size is just about perfect for my tastes.

Assuming you have scaled it based on the Galactica specs then it should roughly be about 1200 metres long so it would dwarf even a galaxy class based on that. Which is awesome in my book...

Amazing work. I have only seen 1 or two other renders of a Federation battlestar. Are you planning to spec the ship after you finish the rendering?

No I'm not. I'm not that familiar with those aspects. I like to think of myself as more of a "Chip Foose" of starships. lol..although he does know a bit more about all the details..I'm strictly design. :)
